Queen Ann Lodge, established 1999
This home opened in 1999 to offer care for a further seven clients who have more independent life skills. These clients are encouraged to involve themselves in all the local activities, e.g. theatre, cinema, swimming, day centres etc.
Here, as the clients are more independent they help with the day-to-day running of their own support.
The clients involve themselves with cooking the main meals. They help maintain their own garden and grounds and take responsibility for their own laundry. All of this while still receiving support and direction where needed.
This home also has its own small, well maintained garden.
