Queen Ann Villa - established 1993
Queen Ann Villa was originally opened in 1993 to extend the residential care package to a further seven clients.
Queen Ann Villa then transferred over from residential care in 2003 supporting people to meet the Government's priority in development of new housing with support.
We have a high ratio of staff to clients to support the clients in maximising their potential.
Supported housing is where the clients sign a tenancy agreement and receive housing benefits and access to DSS income in the recognition that they have to pay bills for the services they receive.
This gives the client more independence and support.
Queen Ann Villa has its own small well maintained garden.
